(ON Only) Adding or Removing a Therapeutic Issue

Adding a Therapeutic Issue

1. Select the Therapeutic Issues tab.
2. Select the Add Issue button. A new row appears.
3. Select the appropriate therapeutic issue from the Therapeutic Issue dropdown menu.
4. Enter your recommendations in the Suggested Therapy field.
5. Enter the action the patient agrees to take to resolve the therapeutic issue in the Action Taken field.
6. Enter any additional notes in the Notes field, if required.

Removing a Therapeutic Issue

1. Select the Therapeutic Issues tab.

2. Select the Remove Issue button located next to the therapeutic issue you wish to delete. The issue is removed.
